Easy Steak Milanesa
- 25 saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped, divided Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, divided
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup oil, divided
- 4 boneless beef sirloin steaks (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1-1/2 cups sliced seeded cucumbers
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the peanuts and 2 Tbsp.
- of the cilantro in shallow dish or pie plate.
- Dip steak in eggs, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each steak with the crumb mixture.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- of the oil in medium nonstick skillet.
- Cook steak, in batches, 4 min.
- on each side for medium doneness (160F), adding remaining 2 Tbsp.

- Meanwhile, combine cucumbers, dressing, remaining 1/4 cup peanuts and remaining 2 Tbsp.
