Mutabbal (eggplanet salad)

• 1 large eggplanet
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 cup Tahini
• 1 tbsp oliveoil
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/4 cup limon juce

1. Wipe the eggplant with olive oil, then put iy in oven tray until melt
2. In a bowl Mash garlic with Tahini and a pinch of salt and lemon juce.peel eggplant and then Mix well with a spoon.
3. cool or as it serve directly and garnish with mint and olive oil.
