Pork Chop & Rice Dinner Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat till warm.
  3. Add in chops and cook till browned on both sides.
  4. Remove chops and drain on paper towels; wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
  5. Coat skillet with additional cooking spray.
  6. Add in onion and green pepper to skillet and saute/fry till tender.
  7. Stir in rice, tomatoes, water, salt and mustard.
  8. Add in pork chops.
  9. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 to 30 min or possibly till rice is tender and chops are done.
