Cocoa

• 5 cups dry milk
• 1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 cups instant chocolate drink mix
• 3 tablespoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cardamom, finely ground
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 vanilla pod, seeds from
• 12 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) or 12 cup toffee pieces (optional)

1. Mix all together in a storage gallon size bag.
2. Place into pretty jars or mugs themselves for gift giving.
3. Mix with 2-4 tablespoons per mug of hot water.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon.
5. Drink up and enjoy!
