Stuffed Jalapenos With Tuna and Walnuts
- 1 (11 ounce) canmild pickled jalapeno peppers (whole)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (7 ounce) can solid white tuna (packed in water and drained)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- Slice whole jalapenos in half; remove seeds, drain and soak in ice water.
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, tuna, lemon juice and walnuts and mix well.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese filling.
