Lamb Chops in Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the lamb chops and brown on both sides then place in a casserole dish and set aside.
  2. Chop and saute the onion in the frying pan using the same oil then add the crushed garlic - fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes to the frying pan and season with salt - after 5 mins add the mixture to the lamb chops in the casserole dish.
  4. Cover the casserole dish and place in a preheated oven (180C/350F) for about 30 mins until the lamb chops are tender.
