GREY POUPON Shepherd's Pie

  1. Cook potatoes and garlic in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min.
  2. or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstick skillet.
  4. Stir in gravy and mixed vegetables.
  5. Heat oven to 375F.
  6. Drain potatoes; return to pan.
  7. Add butter, milk and mustard; mash until potatoes are desired consistency and mixture is well blended.
  8. Stir in cheese.
  9. Spoon meat mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with potatoes.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until heated through.
