Barbequed Spare Ribs Recipe

  1. Place ribs, lean side up, in a flat pan.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, boil for 5 min.
  4. Place ribs in a Dutch oven or possibly a large roaster and pour the sauce over the top.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min longer.
  6. Baste occasionally.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
  8. (I usually always double the sauce and cook 7 to 9 pounds of meat.)
