Cheese and Bacon Muffins
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 rashers bacon, finely chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 rasher bacon, finely chopped (extra) Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Sift flour and baking powder together into a bowl, then add bacon, spring onion and parmesan cheese.
- Add butter, egg and milk, stirring until well combined.
- Spoon into 12 well-greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin pans.
- Top with extra bacon and bake at 190C for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy hot or cold.
