Canadian Cheese Dip Spread

• 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
• 16 ounces, weight Pub Cheese/Cheddar In A Jar, Sharp And Spreadable
• 1 jar (10 Oz. Jar) Red Pepper Jelly
• Rice Crackers, To Serve

1. Allow the cream cheese and the spreadable cheese to come to room temperature.
2. You need the cheese pliable so you can mix the two together.
3. Spread the mixed cheeses on a platter then top with some of the red pepper jelly.
4. When you dip the cracker you need to get a taste of the jelly that compliments the sharp cheddar.
