Sesame and Miso Tonkatsu Sauce

  1. Bring the mirin to a boil in a frying pan.
  2. Add the miso, sugar, and dashi stock or water, and simmer over low heat until thickened.
  3. Throw in the ground sesame seeds and that's it.
