Havard Beets Recipe
- 1 can beets
- 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- Drain beets and save juice.
- Mix the cornstarch with the beet juice.
- Add in vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Cook till thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add in the beets.
- When ready to serve, add in butter to warm beets.
