Spiced Mango Pears

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Combine reserved mango syrup and lime juice in an ungreased 9 inch deep-dish pie plate.
  3. Arrange pear halves, cut-side up, on top of syrup mixture.
  4. Spoon mango mixture into centre of pear halves.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and pistachios over mango mixture.
  6. Bake in 375 degrees F oven for about 15 minutes until heated through and pistachios are toasted.
