Consomme Rice

• 1 cup Uncle Ben's converted rice
• 2 cans Campbell's Beef Consemme
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, pieces and stems

1. Mix all ingredients in oven safe dish.
2. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
3. Stir and serve.
