Easy and Fluffy Okonomiyaki

  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Whisk flour and water in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, tofu, green onions, and all ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage into the flour mixture.
  6. Stir lightly.
  7. Grease a an electric griddle.
  8. Pour the batter into a round shape.
  9. Top with pork belly and green onions.
  10. Cook lightly until both sides are golden brown.
  11. Top with okonomiyaki sauce, bonito powder, and aonori seaweed.
  12. Enjoy!
  13. Also serve with mayonnaise if you'd like.
