Apple-Fennel Salad with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 3 qt. radicchio leaves, chiffonade
• 3 qt. baby spinach leaves
• 1-1/2 qt. fennel, thinly sliced
• 4 each yellow peppers, julienne cut Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 1-1/2 qt. grape tomatoes, cut in half
• 6 each apples, julienne cut Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 6 each pears, julienne cut Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
• to taste salt and pepper
• 1-1/2 cups crumbled goat cheese
• 1-1/2 cups pistachios, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and nuts.
2. For each serving: Place 2 cups salad on serving plate; top with 1 Tbsp.
