Mini Egg Rolls Recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in egg and soy sauce.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. At one end of wrapper, spoon 2 Tbsp.
  6. of pork mix and roll tightly, envelope style.
  7. Brush end of wrapper with water to seal.
  8. Deep fry.
  9. May be frzn and deep fried frzn.
  10. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
