Barbecue Beef Sandwiches**Xmxx58b***** Recipe

• 3 lb Beef rump roast
• 3 Tbsp. Flour
• 15 ounce Tomato sauce
• 1/2 c. Onions-minced
• 1/3 c. Brown sugar packed
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. Beef instant bouillon
• 1 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
• 1 cl Garlic minced fine
• 1 tsp Dry mustard Hamburger buns

1. Rub flour into roast.
2. Place in bottom of crockpot and add in remaining ingredients, except buns.
3. Cook on low for about 14-16 hrs.
4. Serve over buns.
