Poached Salmon With Cucumber Yogurt Sauce Recipe

  1. Place first five ingredients in a large skillet with 2 qts of water.
  2. Bring to a boil, simmer 2 min.
  3. Add in salmon; gently simmer 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
  4. Remove from poaching liquid; place on hot plate.
  5. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  6. Serve a dollop or possibly more on each salmon steak.
