Ginger-Cream Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Gently press the piecrust into a glass or ceramic pie plate.
  3. Whisk half & half, syrup, sugar, eggs, ginger and butter together until well blended.
  4. Stir in the pecans and pour the mix into crust.
  5. Bake for 4045 minutes until the whole thing is golden brown and irresistible.
