Noodles
- 6 quarts water
- 6 ounces fresh Chinese egg noodles or very, very thin fresh American noodles like angel hair
- Boil water in covered pot.
- Add noodles and cook according to directions, or about 60 to 90 seconds for angel hair.
- Drain.
- Serve topped with broccoli-bean curd mixture.
