Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup Recipe

• 4 c. chicken broth
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) mushroom soup
• 1 (16 ounce.) sauerkraut, rinsed & liquid removed
• 1 (8 ounce.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 med. potato, cut into cubes
• 2 med. carrots, minced
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 2 stalks celery, minced
• 3/4 pound smoked polish sausage, cut into cubes
• 1/2 c. cooked chicken, minced
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• 2 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Put all in crockpot.
2. Sprinkle 2 crisp fried bacon strips and 2 hard boiled Large eggs on top when done.
