Baked Halibut with Olive Relish (Kosher)

  1. Mix olives, parsley, vinegar, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the oil.
  2. Brush fish with remaining 2 tablespoons oil in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Transfer to serving platter.
  6. Spoon olive mixture over fish.
