My Tasty Potato Salad
- 4 large potatoes
- 12 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 12 cup pickle juice
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 12 cups pickles, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Peel and dice potatoes to 1 inch cubes.
- Cook potatoes till done.
- Drain and let cool.
- (putting in fridge or freezer and stirring occasionally will speed process).
- Stir ingredients together and season to taste.
