Blackberry Crumb Pie Recipe
- 1 c. Sugar
- 8 ounce Commercial lowfat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 4 c. Fresh blackberries
- 1 x Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine melted
- Preparation Time: 0:10Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
- Place blackberries in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
- sugar over berries.
- Spread lowfat sour cream mix over berries.
- Combine breadcrumbs, 1 Tbsp.
- sugar, and butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till center of pie is hard.
- Yield: one 9-inch pie.
