Hawaiian Ahi Poke

  1. Pat the ahi dry, then neatly cut it into small 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Place in a bowl.
  3. Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds.
  4. Gently toss.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
  6. Makes 6- 8 appetizer portions.
