Spicy Pork Belly

  1. Add all the above ingredients (not the olive oil) to a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes covered in the fridge so the pork absorbs the flavour.
  4. Heat a grill pan with the olive oil.
  5. Add the pork and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  6. Add more hot sauce over the pork slices as desired.
  7. Serve immediately once done.
