Savoury Mince Lettuce Cups
- 1-1/8 lb. beef mince
- 15-7/8 oz. bolognaise sauce
- Carrot, mushrooms, celery and zucchini, finely chopped
- Baby cos lettuce leaves
- Brown 500 g. beef mince in a frypan.
- Stir in a 450 g. jar of bolognaise sauce with finely chopped carrot, mushrooms, celery and zucchini.
- Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- Serve in baby cos lettuce leaves.
