Savoury Mince Lettuce Cups

  1. Brown 500 g. beef mince in a frypan.
  2. Stir in a 450 g. jar of bolognaise sauce with finely chopped carrot, mushrooms, celery and zucchini.
  3. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve in baby cos lettuce leaves.
