Beef Sausage and Black Bean Soup

  1. Combine carrots, celery and water in medium saucepan.
  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add sausage and bean soup to vegetables, stirring to blend.
  4. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Ladle soup into bowls; garnish with dollops of yogurt and sprinkle with parsley.
