Baked Pork Fajitas Mexicana

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Mix onion, peppers, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13x9-inch baking pan until well mixed.
  3. Coat chops as directed on package.
  4. Place on pepper mixture.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  6. Cut chops into slices.
  7. Fill tortillas with sliced pork and pepper mixture.
  8. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
