Potato and Corned Beef Rosti's
- 50 grams butter
- 5 large baked potatoes, peeled
- 1 can corned beef (bully beef)
- 1 egg
- 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- Crush the potatoes and corned beef with a fork.
- Mix all the ingredients together except the butter
- Preheat frying pan.
- Put the butter in the pan.
- Place spoons full in the frying pan and press flat.
- Fry until brown then flip and do the same on the other side
