Diabetic Whipped Cream Recipe

• 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
• 1/3 c. ice water
• 1/2 teaspoon liquid sweetener

1. Refrigeratesmall glass bowl and beaters.
2. Combine ingredients and whip on high speed with mixer till consistency of whipped cream.
3. Makes about 10 servings of 2 Tbsp..
