Green Beans ItalianoParmesan is Always Good On Beans

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the oil, then the onion and bell pepper.
  4. Press in the garlic.
  5. Stirring occasionally, cook until the onion is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the beans and basil.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer to a 1-quart ovenproof casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake until the cheese has browned, about 10 minutes.
