Sicilian Potato Bake

  1. Layer 1/2 of potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cheese salt and spices in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Repeat, ending with tomato and cheese slices alternately placed across the top.
  3. Pour on milk.
  4. Cover loosely with foil.
  5. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake a further 5 minutes.
