Shortcut Shortribs with Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until finely chopped; spoon into medium bowl.
  3. Stir in dressing and lime juice.
  4. Sprinkle Dry Rub onto ribs; rub into ribs.
  5. Grill ribs 10 to 12 min.
  6. or until done (145 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  7. Remove to cutting board; cover.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Cut ribs against the grain into thin slices.
  10. Serve with sauce.
