Luncheon Crab Bake Recipe
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 6 hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
- 1/3 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- Break crabmeat in chunks.
- Mix with remaining ingredients except buttered crumbs.
- Pile in greased 1 qt casserole or possibly individual baking dishes.
- Top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till warm throughout.
- Trim with stuffed olive slices.
- Yield: 6 servings.
