Taco Fries

• 2 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled,cut into french fry strips
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet.
3. Place potatoes in a bag.
4. Add taco mix and shake well to coat good.
5. Place on sheet.
6. Bake 20-30 minutes, turn them once, cook till desired crispness.
