Easiest Pork Chops
- 6 whole Thin Pork Chops, With Bone
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt (lawry's Is Good)
- Get out your grill pan for this one, or any large stovetop cooking tool and set the pan over high heat to get nice and hot.
- Drizzle a bit of oil on each chop.
- Add the seasonings to the first side (leaving half the seasonings for other side).
- Rub it in.
- Put the chops on the grill pan when it is nice and hot, with the seasoned sides down.
- Leave them alone for about 4 minutes, then drizzle a little oil on other side and season them.
- Flip.
- Cook for another 4 minutes on that side, then flip as needed till no more pink is left inside the chops.
- Thats it!
- Serve immediately with potatoes and broccoli.
