Crockpot Cornish

• 2 each cornish game hens
• 1 package pecan rice
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

1. Place rice and water in crock pot; stir well.
2. Place Cornish hens on top of rice; add salt and pepper.
3. Cook over low setting 6 hours.
