Chili's Salsa
- 1/4 each onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 each jalapenos
- 1/2 bunch cillantro
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp salt
- Chop the onions and garlic.
- Blanch the onions and garlic to soften them.
- (Place in hot water for 5 minutes then strain.)
- Chop the jalapenos (use fresh or canned not pickled.)
- Combine these three ingredients and the cilantro leaves in food processor and blend for a few seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed but not pureed.
- Cover and fill at least two hours before serving.
