Chili's Salsa

  1. Chop the onions and garlic.
  2. Blanch the onions and garlic to soften them.
  3. (Place in hot water for 5 minutes then strain.)
  4. Chop the jalapenos (use fresh or canned not pickled.)
  5. Combine these three ingredients and the cilantro leaves in food processor and blend for a few seconds.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed but not pureed.
  7. Cover and fill at least two hours before serving.
