Spicy Stir-Fry with Pork and Shishito Peppers
- 250 grams Pork meat (pork offcuts or thinly sliced)
- 20 Shishito green peppers
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 3 cm Grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- Mix ingredients together.
- Cut the stems of the Shishito green peppers short, and cut 1 cm notches around the edges in three places with a knife.
- Cut the pork meat into easy-to-eat portions.
- Coat a frying pan with cooking oil (not listed),and saute the pork and shishito green peppers until cooked through.
- Add , saute for about 1 minute, and it's done.
