Spicy Stir-Fry with Pork and Shishito Peppers

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Cut the stems of the Shishito green peppers short, and cut 1 cm notches around the edges in three places with a knife.
  3. Cut the pork meat into easy-to-eat portions.
  4. Coat a frying pan with cooking oil (not listed),and saute the pork and shishito green peppers until cooked through.
  5. Add , saute for about 1 minute, and it's done.
