Chili Lower Carb

  1. Brown the beef, pork, with onions and peppers.
  2. Chop the lamb into small pieces, add to the pot.
  3. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Chop the cauliflower and slice the carrots
  5. Slice the sausage into medallions.
  6. Add and stir.
  7. Add ground smoked ham, then add cauliflower and carrots.
  8. Add all tomato products and spices stir well.
  9. Make sure the tomato paste gets incorporated in well.
  10. Simmer for an hour on low.
  11. Let sit 15 minutes stir and serve with toppings.
