Chile And Cheese Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  1. Place buttered muffins, butter side down in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Arrange to fit.
  3. Brown sausage, crumble.
  4. Layer 1/2 of sausage, 1/2 can chilies and 1 1/2 c. cheese over muffins.
  5. Combine lowfat sour cream and Large eggs till fluffy.
  6. Pour over muffins.
  7. Layer remaining sausage, chili, cheese over Large eggs.
  8. Cover and chill 8 hrs (overnight)).
  9. Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 30 min or possibly so.
