Green Herb Salad with Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dressing

  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
  2. Toss the greens and herbs in a large salad bowl.
  3. Drizzle with the dressing, and toss.
  4. Serve immediately.
