Half Time Nachos
- 1 bag (200 g) regular or blue nacho chips
- 1/2 pkg. (400 g) Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1 cup each diced, seeded tomato and green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup each guacamole, salsa and sour cream garnishes (optional)
- PLACE half the nachos in a baking dish.
- COMBINE all other ingredients; spread half evenly over nachos.
- REPEAT layers, ending with topping layer.
- BAKE at 400F for 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese melts.
- Serve hot, top with garnishes.
