Indonesian Peanut Roll-Ups

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a skillet and saute cabbage and onions about 5 minutes - set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the rice, cabbage, onion, peanuts, and raisins in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the soy sauce, remaining oil, curry powder and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Pour this over the rice mixture and combine well.
  5. Lay tortilla on a flat surface.
  6. Put some romaine lettuce on the tortilla.
  7. Put 1/2 the filling on the tortilla and roll up, burrito-style.
  8. If you are packing this for a later lunch, put a little water on the rolled ends and wrap the roll-up in plastic wrap.
  9. It will stay together when unwrapped.
