Quick Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Place mustard in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add vinegar and whisk.
  3. Slowly pour the oil in a thin, steady stream into the bowl while whisking vigorously until liquid has emulsified.
  4. Season.
  5. Variations; omit mustard, fresh herbs, dried spices
