MOE Slaw Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepot, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage and carrots.
  4. Pour the warm dressing over the top.
  5. Let rest for 15 minutes, and then add the green onions and mix thoroughly.
  6. Chill the slaw and let rest for 1 hour before serving.
