- 2 low-fat whole-grain or whole-wheat waffles (140 calories or less per 2-waffle serving)
- 2 teaspoons all-natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 small banana, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- Toast the waffles according to package directions.
- Spread one side of each waffle with 1 teaspoon peanut butter.
- Top one waffle evenly with the banana slices, and then flip the other on top to make a sandwich.
