Refreshing Chinese Coleslaw

  1. Julienne the vegetables.
  2. Place the vegetables in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the ingredients and toss.
  4. Add the white sesame seeds as much as you like and mix well.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for the flavors to settle in, making it even more delicious.
  6. Some water will seep out from the vegetables while resting and the mound of vegetables will be reduced.
  7. Transfer to a plate and serve.
