Refreshing Chinese Coleslaw
- 1/2 medium head Cabbage
- 5 slice Ham
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Carrot
- 150 ml Vinegar
- 30 grams Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 few dashes Vegetable oil
- 1 as much (to taste) White sesame seeds
- 1 Salt, pepper
- Julienne the vegetables.
- Place the vegetables in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the ingredients and toss.
- Add the white sesame seeds as much as you like and mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for the flavors to settle in, making it even more delicious.
- Some water will seep out from the vegetables while resting and the mound of vegetables will be reduced.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
